Stout’s Building Services, established in 1990, has evolved from its roots in the sales of cleaning chemicals and carpet cleaning to becoming a pioneer in the epoxy industry in Urbana, IL. Approximately 15 years ago, our focus shifted entirely to epoxy application. In January 2024, our general manager, Todd Cotter, took the reins as the new owner, continuing our legacy of family-owned operations. With a background in management, Todd upholds our core values of workmanship and unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality products. The Stout name symbolizes not just our history but also our ongoing legacy in the epoxy industry.
